Les Vergers Boiron Frozen Raspberry Coulis – 500g
Ready-to-use Boiron Raspberry Coulis, made with 81% raspberry and carefully sweetened to balance raspberry's naturally bright acidity while retaining its characteristic intense berry flavour. Boiron uses raspberries selected from Serbia for this coulis.
The fruit is crushed, refined and finely sieved to create a smooth, thick yet pourable coulis. Unlike raspberry purée, which is primarily used as an ingredient within recipes, this coulis is already sweetened and has the consistency needed for finishing, topping and decorating straight from the bottle.
Its vivid raspberry character works particularly well over panna cotta, cheesecake, ice cream, gelato, waffles, pancakes and plated desserts, as well as for verrines, dessert drinks and café applications. The 500g squeeze bottle also makes portioning and precise plate decoration much easier during service.
Boiron's Raspberry Coulis contains no preservatives, artificial colouring or artificial flavouring and is ready to use once properly defrosted.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for all orders, allowing one day’s processing time and then your order will be delivered the following day. You’re able to select your chosen delivery date via the drop-down calendar at checkout. Please order before our 11pm cut off time for next day dispatch.
We schedule deliveries for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only.
As our Nurtured in Norfolk range is ordered in fresh for delivery, we require an extra days grace when dispatching their items. This will leave the next calendar date greyed out if you have Nurtured in Norfolk products in your basket.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the weight of the package, details are supplied below;

When you book a Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, you will receive a unique Royal Mail tracking number that allows you to track your parcel in real time. The tracking information is available on Royal Mail's website. The tracking information includes the parcel's location and delivery status, which is updated throughout its journey.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We can't give a 100% guarantee that your order will arrive on that exact date as there are unfortunately occasions where something happens that's outside our control. We will always dispatch the working day prior to your delivery date and Royal Mail will attempt next working day delivery on 99% of all parcels, however we strongly recommend that you order at least 1 working day prior if you need to be sure of delivery by a certain day.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes our packaging is 100% recyclable. The wool from our wool liners is compostable and the outer plastic cover can be recycled. For every 25 cardboard boxes that we dispatch, we plant one tree 🌲
