Refunds & Returns

Contact us directly at hello@cakeonuts.co.uk if you are not satisfied with your order or any of the items within your order are missing. We will aim to resolve your issues as fast as possible. If the items are perishable we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of dispatch to be valid for a refund.

If an order is returned from Royal Mail because it was unable to be delivered to the resident, as the items are of a perishable nature, we reserve the right to not process a refund.

Why are there items missing from my order?

All items listed on our site are subject to availability, if we are unable to process some products on your delivery, you will be notified the morning after the order has been made and we will do our best to rectify this as quickly as possible.

What if my item arrives defrosted?

We have carefully crafted and designed our packaging to ensure your items arrive frozen or fridge cold when they reach you. If your items have taken slightly longer than expected and you have concerns, please go through the checklist below:

  • If your item has arrived still frozen you can pop it straight into the freezer for storage.
  • If your item has arrived slightly thawed you can pop it straight into the freezer for storage.
  • If your item has defrosted, but is cold to touch then you can safely pop it in your freezer for storage.
  • If your item is completely thawed and warm to touch, please take a photo/video and email it us at: hello@cakeonuts.co.uk and we can then work out the best solution for you.

How long does the refund take?

Please note, the refund process is not immediate. Our team will work with you to understand the problem and issue the refund. Once issued, refunds can take up to 3 business days for it to appear in you bank account, from the date the refund was issued by us.
