IQF Frozen Mixed Berries – 1kg
Our IQF frozen mixed berries combine five distinctive fruits — blackberries, strawberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants and raspberries — to create a vibrant blend of natural sweetness, refreshing acidity and rich berry flavours. With a combination of juicy strawberries, aromatic raspberries, deep-flavoured blackberries and the sharper character of redcurrants and blackcurrants, this versatile mix is particularly well suited to professional kitchens, smoothie bars, cafés, bakeries and drinks businesses.
Supplied individually quick frozen (IQF) in a convenient 1kg pack, these frozen mixed berries can be portioned directly from frozen without needing to defrost an entire pack. The ready-mixed format removes the need to purchase, prepare and combine five different fruits individually, helping reduce preparation time while providing a convenient ingredient throughout the year. The berries can be blended, cooked or incorporated into a wide range of sweet preparations.
Their balanced, sweet-tart character makes them particularly well suited to smoothies, baking, pastry and desserts, including smoothie bowls, milkshakes, cheesecakes, crumbles, muffins, fruit compotes, coulis, sorbets and ice cream. Mixed berries pair especially well with vanilla, white chocolate, lemon, yoghurt, almond and mint, making them a versatile choice for both classic berry desserts and contemporary drinks.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We can't give a 100% guarantee that your order will arrive on that exact date as there are unfortunately occasions where something happens that's outside our control. We will always dispatch the working day prior to your delivery date and Royal Mail will attempt next working day delivery on 99% of all parcels, however we strongly recommend that you order at least 1 working day prior if you need to be sure of delivery by a certain day.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes our packaging is 100% recyclable. The wool from our wool liners is compostable and the outer plastic cover can be recycled. For every 25 cardboard boxes that we dispatch, we plant one tree 🌲
