Les Vergers Boiron Frozen Cranberry & Morello Cherry Purée – 1kg

Professional-quality Boiron Cranberry & Morello Cherry purée, made from a carefully balanced blend of 64% cranberry and 36% Morello cherry, with no added sugar. Boiron combines cranberries grown in Canada with Morello cherries from Serbia, creating a distinctive red-fruit blend with the naturally tart character of both fruits.

Supplied frozen in a 1kg pack, this ready-to-use cranberry and Morello cherry purée provides a consistent fruit blend without the sourcing, preparation and processing involved in combining the two fruits separately.

Its sharp, rich red-fruit profile makes it particularly well suited to pastry and desserts, ice cream and sorbet, cocktails and drinks, as well as jams, compotes, sauces and confectionery. Boiron also uses the purée professionally in fruit preparations such as cranberry and Morello cherry jam.

Dispatch & Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for all orders, allowing one day’s processing time and then your order will be delivered the following day. You’re able to select your chosen delivery date via the drop-down calendar at checkout. Please order before our 11pm cut off time for next day dispatch.

We schedule deliveries for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only.

As our Nurtured in Norfolk range is ordered in fresh for delivery, we require an extra days grace when dispatching their items. This will leave the next calendar date greyed out if you have Nurtured in Norfolk products in your basket.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the weight of the package, details are supplied below;

Up to 10kg - £9.85

When you book a Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, you will receive a unique Royal Mail tracking number that allows you to track your parcel in real time. The tracking information is available on Royal Mail's website. The tracking information includes the parcel's location and delivery status, which is updated throughout its journey.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

We can't give a 100% guarantee that your order will arrive on that exact date as there are unfortunately occasions where something happens that's outside our control.  We will always dispatch the working day prior to your delivery date and Royal Mail will attempt next working day delivery on 99% of all parcels, however we strongly recommend that you order at least 1 working day prior if you need to be sure of delivery by a certain day.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes our packaging is 100% recyclable. The wool from our wool liners is compostable and the outer plastic cover can be recycled. For every 25 cardboard boxes that we dispatch, we plant one tree 🌲
