The Boiron family’s journey began in the Ardèche region of France with a humble fruit trading business. They expanded swiftly, relocating to the Rungis market in Paris in 1969. Pierre Boiron, the founder’s son, pioneered the production of fruit purees, establishing the brand as the world’s leading producer. For over five decades, chefs globally have relied on Boiron purees, and now, you can bring these culinary delights into your own kitchen.
