Les Vergers Boiron Frozen Apricot Purée – 1kg

Professional-quality Boiron Apricot Purée, made from 100% French apricots with no added sugar. Boiron selects apricots grown in France, where favourable growing conditions allow the fruit to develop a rich aromatic profile, vibrant colour and balanced natural sweetness.

The apricots are harvested at optimum ripeness in July and processed immediately after picking, helping preserve their freshness, natural colour and authentic apricot flavour. The resulting purée has an intense orange colour with a thick, smooth and velvety texture and generous mouthfeel.

Supplied frozen in a 1kg pack, this ready-to-use frozen apricot purée provides consistent flavour, colour and texture without the preparation and seasonal variability involved in processing fresh apricots.

Its rich orchard-fruit character makes it particularly well suited to pastry and desserts, ice cream and gelato, cocktails and drinks, as well as confectionery, sauces and sorbets. Boiron specifically uses its Apricot Purée in professional sorbet applications.

Dispatch & Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for all orders, allowing one day’s processing time and then your order will be delivered the following day. You’re able to select your chosen delivery date via the drop-down calendar at checkout. Please order before our 11pm cut off time for next day dispatch.

We schedule deliveries for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only.

As our Nurtured in Norfolk range is ordered in fresh for delivery, we require an extra days grace when dispatching their items. This will leave the next calendar date greyed out if you have Nurtured in Norfolk products in your basket.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the weight of the package, details are supplied below;

Up to 10kg - £9.85

When you book a Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, you will receive a unique Royal Mail tracking number that allows you to track your parcel in real time. The tracking information is available on Royal Mail's website. The tracking information includes the parcel's location and delivery status, which is updated throughout its journey.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

We can't give a 100% guarantee that your order will arrive on that exact date as there are unfortunately occasions where something happens that's outside our control.  We will always dispatch the working day prior to your delivery date and Royal Mail will attempt next working day delivery on 99% of all parcels, however we strongly recommend that you order at least 1 working day prior if you need to be sure of delivery by a certain day.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes our packaging is 100% recyclable. The wool from our wool liners is compostable and the outer plastic cover can be recycled. For every 25 cardboard boxes that we dispatch, we plant one tree 🌲
