Our IQF frozen cranberries offer a distinctly sharp, tart flavour with very little natural sweetness and a vibrant red colour. Known for their pronounced acidity and slightly astringent character, cranberries are particularly valued in professional kitchens, bakeries and drinks production, where their bold flavour provides contrast to sweeter ingredients.
Supplied individually quick frozen (IQF) in a convenient 1kg pack, these whole frozen cranberries can be portioned directly from frozen without needing to defrost an entire pack. Their firm texture and naturally high pectin content make them particularly useful for sauces, compotes, jams, chutneys and fruit fillings, while the frozen format provides convenient access to cranberries throughout the year.
Their intense, tangy character makes them especially well suited to baking, pastry, sauces and drinks, including muffins, cakes, festive desserts, fruit reductions, cocktails and syrups. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for all orders, allowing one day’s processing time and then your order will be delivered the following day. You’re able to select your chosen delivery date via the drop-down calendar at checkout. Please order before our 11pm cut off time for next day dispatch.
We schedule deliveries for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only.
As our Nurtured in Norfolk range is ordered in fresh for delivery, we require an extra days grace when dispatching their items. This will leave the next calendar date greyed out if you have Nurtured in Norfolk products in your basket.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the weight of the package, details are supplied below;

Up to 10kg - £9.85
When you book a Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, you will receive a unique Royal Mail tracking number that allows you to track your parcel in real time. The tracking information is available on Royal Mail's website. The tracking information includes the parcel's location and delivery status, which is updated throughout its journey.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We can't give a 100% guarantee that your order will arrive on that exact date as there are unfortunately occasions where something happens that's outside our control. We will always dispatch the working day prior to your delivery date and Royal Mail will attempt next working day delivery on 99% of all parcels, however we strongly recommend that you order at least 1 working day prior if you need to be sure of delivery by a certain day.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes our packaging is 100% recyclable. The wool from our wool liners is compostable and the outer plastic cover can be recycled. For every 25 cardboard boxes that we dispatch, we plant one tree 🌲
